An oil with an intense colour and aroma, obtained by selected and untreated olives


It is an Extra-Virgin Olive Oil of superior quality obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Its intense colour and fragrance are due to the selected and untreated olives; for this its scent is fruity and its flavor is delicate though slightly bitter, as you can test savoring it in November during the olive harvest on the fragrant garlic bread prepared in our wood-burning oven. Bitterness is a sign of the high content of polyphenols and trocophenols (Vitamin E). It is resistent to oxidation and therefore, it becomes indispensable seasoning. Its high digestibility, conveys it a high dietary value.
